Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Claresstitchingpost Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Claresstitchingpost Tree Service went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Claresstitchingpost Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email us at contact@claresstitchingpost.site and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
